How To Book A Room?

Step 1:

  1. Search a room on 'Book Now' page by choosing the Check-in and Check-out dates.
  2. From the search result, choose the category of room of your choice that meets your requirements best. Use the drop down to choose the number of rooms (provided you need more than 1 room) you require in a particular category.
  3. Click on 'Reserve' or 'Book' button as may be the case.
  4. You will be redirected to the 'Booking Confirmation' page. On this page you can review your booking period. For each accommodation type, choose the number of adults and children occupying the room. Type in the Full Guest Name. Review the Price Breakdown and the Total Amount to be paid. Fill the "Your Information" section with your First and Last Name, Email id, Phone, Country of residence. Leave a note if necessary. Click the 'Book Now' button.
  5. You will receive a message mentioning 'Reservation submitted' and 'Details of your reservation have just been sent to you in a confirmation email. Please check your inbox to complete booking.'

Step 2:

  1. Login to your email id that was submitted in the 'Your Information' section above.
  2. You will have received a mail from Devi Royal Residency, with a subject message of 'Devi Royal Residency – Confirm your booking #xxxx'.
  3. Click the 'Confirm' link to confirm your booking.
  4. You would be directed to the 'Booking Confirmed' page on a new tab on your browser.
  5. You will notice the message mentioning that your booking is confirmed. You will also get to see the Booking Details which includes the Booking Id, Check-in date, Check-out date, Total Amount, and the Status.

Step 3:

  1. You will receive a mail from Devi Royal Residency, with a subject message of 'Devi Royal Residency – Your booking #xxxx is approved'. xxxx in the actual mail will be replaced with the booking no.
  2. You can click 'View Booking' to review the 'Booking Confirmed' page. The page will contain the Booking Details.
  3. You would have also received a mail from Devi Royal Residency with the subject ' Royal Residency – Payment request for booking #xxxx'. It is a Payment Request of the pending payment for the booked room/s. 
  4. Click the 'Pay Balance Now' link to make your payment electronically.
  5. You will be taken to the 'Payment Request' page. You can review the Booking Details. You can also review the Price Breakdown of the booking. You can check the Total amount that needs to be paid. You will be able to see the Payment History, and the Balance Due. You have a mention that the 'Payment Method' is Razorpay Payment Gateway.
  6. Click 'Submit Payment'. You will be redirected to the 'Checkout' page. Please check the Billing details on this page.
  7. Once you have reviewed the details of the booking, and have ensured that everthing is right, you could proceed to click the 'Place order' button. 
  8. A pop-up window of Razorpay will open giving you options of numerous payment methods including, netbanking, cards, UPI & more. Choose a preferred payment method and complete the payment.
  9. Once the payment has successfully completed, you will be on the 'Checkout' page where the details of your reservation are summarized.
